Hey guys
This picture wasn't done in the same forest like most of my other shots. I took it in the forest near to my parents home. It is a much darker forest than the one at my home. It looks more wild, what made me feel a little bit uncomfortable at first.
Don't get me wrong, I think it is beautiful, but I didn't know how to capture this wild beauty, as I am used to "my" forest.
While "my" forest has wide paths this one does not have much more than simple trails. Even though the trees are not leafy as in the summer the forest is pretty dark and it always has some kind of a "dangerous" feeling. All in all it would be the prefect place to do an horror movie
I also think the trees look much more interesting there, and most of them are covered in ivy, which climbs all over the tree trunks.
I really liked the look of this tree. The wide roots remind me of these awesome trees in Angkor wat, although this tree was much smaller

Reminds me of the trees in the "Sleepy Hollow" film. Very cool
